It is not enough that you are able to drive your
auto almost everywhere, it must be able to transport you from one place
to another with much comfort, ease, convenience and most especially,
safety. In car reviews, safety is not given much attention, but just as
other aspects in driving, it should never be taken for granted. In this
aspect, Chevrolet doesn’t fail to give its best for its users. Chevy
cars and trucks come fully equipped with safety parts, including auto
lights.
There are several types of lights used in a vehicle, each serves its own
function and is located in a particular part of the auto where it can
be most useful. Interior lights are used to enhance visibility inside
the vehicle especially at night, they are used primarily for practical
reasons while exterior lights are used basically for safety. Among the
most visible lights are the headlights, rear lights or tail lamps and
turn signal lights. Chevrolet trucks may be added with auxiliary lights
since they are used off-road or off-highway.
Other kinds of lights mounted in your Chevy car or truck include the
corner lights. Corner lights are just like turn signal lights since
they light up when the vehicle is cornering or turning. Along with the
turn signals, corner lights let other drivers know of the direction of
the turn. As the name implies, corner lights are located at the front
corner of your Chevy. You will find it beside the headlamps near the
fender in some models.
Your Chevy corner lights also function as side marker lights. They keep
the vehicle, specifically the side profile of the car more visible as
it moves down the road. They do not emit bright light as other auto
lights do; however, they enhance visibility of your Chevy. Adding
corner lights on your vehicle can also make your car more attractive,
especially at night. They may not be as flashy or vibrant as other auto
lights but having them on your Chevy can definitely make a difference.
