Eagle Medallion
There are lots of
automobiles in the market today; mostly, they come in different
designs, features, specifications, dimensions, styles and features. But
all such vehicles mean the same thing; the best means of transportation
to date. For many auto enthusiasts, though, an automobile is not just
for mere transportation solutions but for self-pride and joy as well as
most of them treat their cars as their most prized possessions. And
auto manufacturers are using this knowledge to their advantage to
create vehicles that will suit their target market like Chrysler
Corporation. Chrysler had been for many years creating various vehicle
designs under different divisions. Among those divisions that Chrysler
had created was the Jeep/Eagle division from which they've created the Eagle Medallion.
The Jeep/Eagle division was formed by Chrysler Corporation after it had
purchased American Motors. Under this division, Eagle vehicles were
created and was sold in the United States from the year 1987 to 1998;
the name of the vehicle was taken from AMC Eagle which was said to be
the last domestically-designed vehicles of AMC. Mostly, Eagle vehicles
were sold and marketed by AMC dealers along with Jeep products. Though
most Eagle models were in good standing due to its great features, it
was discontinued due to lack of production recognition; it suffered
from such crisis because all of it were also marketed by Chrysler and
Mitsubishi.
But before it totally banished, Eagle had created several models
including the Medallion. The Eagle Medallion, along with the Eagle
Premier, were four-door sedan Eagle models; these primarily designed by
AMC's former corporate ally which is the Renault. Hence, the Eagle
Medallion was also badged as the Renault Medallion in 1988 and it was
essentially similar to the Renualt21 model. Basically, Eagle Medallion
run around with a 2.2 Liter 4-Cylinder engine that required gasoline
type of fuel. The vehicle can accommodate up to 5 passengers.
