Saab 9-3
SAAB or Svenska Aeroplan Aktiebolaget, was originally an aircraft manufacturer that was founded in 1937 in the city of Linkőping, Sweden. The company was soon to take part in another manufacturing sphere of automotive world when in the late years of 1940’s, they diversified the business by adding automobiles in the list of products and services they are going to provide to the consumers. The company enjoyed and endured the ups and downs they have met during the years of production run that followed delivering automobiles with different historic tales to tell from each Saab model.
Current models for Saab vehicles include the Saab 93 or 9-3. A midsize luxury sports car, it shared Opel vectra platform and was introduced in the market in the year of 1998 as 1999 model. The first release of Saab 9-3 car was seen with a black rear spoiler that created a slightly sleeker styling with Saab’s trademark “snow flap” missing in the picture. Saab 9-3 was initially available in different versions: 3-door hatchback, 5-door hatchback, and 2-door convertible.
The first generation Saab 9-3 ended in 2002 entering the second generation cars in 2003 until the present with all variants featuring either 1.8-liter or 2.0 straight-4 petrol engine. Current Saab 9-3 models include: Saab 9-3 SportCombi, Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan, and Saab 9-3 Convertible. First three Saab 9-3s will offer options with different trim levels or forms with names: Linear, Arc, Vector, and Aero. Saab 9-3 Convertible is available with Linear, Vector, and Aero.
If one would want a clean and simple with a dash of natural Scandinavian design, the Saab 9-3 Arc would be perfect for this choice. While for those who love roaming around comfortably encroached in an elegantly crafted car, Saab 9-3 Arc is exactly the car in the picture. Or if one is sports-inclined, Saab 9-3 Vector form with its excellently combined dynamic and sporty features will give this option. And of course, more of the consumers would also want pure performance out of their vehicles while not sacrificing its physical design and styling, this is where the form Saab 9-3 Aero would fit into the scene.
